NMRC : Operating Safely During the Pandemic

Dear Esteemed Clients and Stakeholders,

5th May, 2020

As businesses reopen to the public following the decision by the Federal Government of Nigeria to ease the lockdown and restriction of movement, we would like to inform you about our business operations going forward.
As governments the world over take steps to implement measures to contain the spread of the virus, we would like to share with you some measures we have implemented to enhance the safety of our employees, clients and stakeholders while ensuring continued service delivery. Our offices in Lagos and Abuja will be partially opened effective 5th May 2020 from 9am-2pm daily, strictly to receive physical correspondences and for pre-approved essential and business-related meetings. In doing these, we will be adhering strictly to guidelines on curfew and business operations. Our teams will continue to work remotely to deliver quality and uninterrupted service to you during the period.
To ensure the safety of our employees and clients, we will adopt a “No Face Mask, No Entry” policy. In line with public health protocols, we will only admit a maximum of 2-3 guests into the reception areas at any point in time. We will also continue to mandate the use of temperature scanners and hand sanitizers in all our offices.
Our digital channels are open and available for seamless communications and engagements.
We will continue to monitor events as they unfold and keep our clients and stakeholders informed about what we are doing to ensure safety and service.
We encourage you to observe all safety precautions advised by the NCDC.
Let us all keep safe and continue to guard our common health!
