In line with the drive to deepen affordable housing delivery and mortgage penetration in the country, our MD/CEO, Mr. Kehinde Ogundimu earlier today held foundational partnership discussions with the Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Kwara State on Geographical Information Systems Mr. Abdulmutalib Shittu.

The talks centered on Kwara State’s adoption of the mortgage foreclosure law and automation of land registry and titling system.

Mr. Kehinde Ogundimu explained that partnering NMRC would help to pivot the fortunes of Kwara State regarding ease of doing business and attracting local and foreign investments while presenting an official copy of the draft foreclosure bill and collaboration agreement.

The Special Assistant to the Kwara State Governor on Geographical Information Systems Mr. Abdulmutalib Shittu stated that the State is putting modalities in place to adopt and pass the mortgage foreclosure law and ensure its operation in the State to drive development and economic growth.
