Happy New Year from all of us at NMRC! The remarkable progress recorded by science in the fight against the Coronavirus and the rapid advancements in technological innovation to curtail the limitations that the Covid-19 pandemic imposed on life and business, indeed, give hope that 2021 would be a better year than its predecessor.

As lockdowns were imposed and people were asked to Stay at Home, it became clear that we share a common humanity and that access to decent housing was not a luxury but a social and economic necessity. That is why at NMRC, we enter the year 2021 determined to work harder towards promoting increased access to affordable housing for Nigerians by boosting liquidity in the Nigerian mortgage market.
