What is Whistle Blowing?
Whistle blowing is the disclosure of information relating to alleged unethical conduct of employees, management, directors, and other stakeholders suspected of wrongdoing or dangers at work.
The concern must be a genuine concern about a crime, criminal offence, miscarriage of Justice, dangers to health and safety of the environment etc. NMRC has put in place whistle blowing policy to govern the management of whistle blowing in the organization.
Whistle Blowing Channels
An effective whistle blowing programme has been in place to ensure that whistle blowers can discretely and confidentiality report any alleged concerns if they so desire.
