Dear Esteemed Clients and Stakeholders,
24th March 2020
COVID-19 is changing everything about the way we live and work. It is a global pandemic that has thus far pushed human, health, financial and risk management capacities to near breaking point on both local and global scales.
As governments the world over take steps to implement measures to contain the spread of the virus, we would like to share with you some measures we have implemented to enhance the safety of our employees, clients and stakeholders while ensuring continued service delivery.
Upon the announcement of the index case, we initiated a public health protocol and took measures by sharing safety tips with all our staff and stakeholders. We also mandated temperature scans and the use of hand sanitizers at the entry points to our business locations in Abuja and Lagos.
Following the announcement by the Federal and State Governments limiting public gatherings and shutting the borders, we activated our Business Continuity Plan, part of which included implementing work from remote locations from 23rd – 24th of March 2020 and thereafter as may be deemed necessary. All teams across our business locations worked remotely on those days. The test was successful, and we are confident of our ability to deliver quality and uninterrupted service to our clients and stakeholders during and after this pandemic.
Our digital channels have also been upgraded to make it easy to reach us and communicate seamlessly. We encourage you to use these channels to keep in touch.
We care about the safety of our clients and stakeholders and we encourage you to practice social distancing, maintain strong personal hygiene and adhere to guidelines issued by the World Health Organisation (WHO), Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and other relevant health authorities.
This may be a challenging period for everyone, but we are optimistic that we will get through it together and come out stronger.
Let’s all keep safe and guard our common health!
