Olusemore Adegbola is an accomplished professional with over 19 years of experience in audit, risk management, and cybersecurity across the banking and consulting sectors. He began his career with Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF) in 2004 before taking on internal audit roles at Fidelity Bank Plc and Keystone Bank, where he supported both audit and risk management functions. He later became the pioneer Head of the Information Systems Audit Department at Heritage Bank Plc, leading initiatives in systems auditing and electronic fraud management.

He holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration and a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Ilorin and has completed executive education at the Lagos Business School. Olusemore is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and holds professional certifications including CISA, CISM, and Lead Auditor credentials for ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301. His extensive local and international training underpins his expertise in aligning audit, risk, and information security with global best practices.
