Temitope Sodipo is a seasoned legal and governance professional with over 17 years of experience. She holds a Law degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. She obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Lagos Business School and has completed several global executive programmes. Temitope is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), the Society for Corporate Governance of Nigeria (SCGN), and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).

Before joining NMRC, she served as Deputy Company Secretary at First Bank of Nigeria Limited, where she provided strategic governance support to the Board and Executive Management, as well as governance advisory across the Bank’s sub-Saharan subsidiaries. Her earlier roles at FirstBank included Company Secretary of First Nominees Nigeria Limited and Team Lead of the Corporate Transactional Support Hub (Legal Services).
