Tunde Wale-Temowo is a certified Human Resource Management professional (SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, and ACIPM) with extensive hands-on experience across the HR value chain. In his current role, he oversees NMRC’s Human Resources function, covering HR strategy and policy development, manpower planning and recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and other core HR processes. He also manages the company’s administrative function

Before joining NMRC, Tunde worked in the Management Consulting practice of KPMG Professional Services, where he focused on People and Change Management. He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor’s degree in Building from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He has attended various local and international training programmes and is an alumnus of the Senior Management Programme (SMP) at the Lagos Business School.
